Yes! All the user submitted content on the site is moderated to make sure it's appropriate for the site. We make sure the videos are appropriate for the competition they are entered for, and we make sure any submitted comments don't contain any negative or derogatory text. Forum entries and blog replies are also moderated before they appear on the site.If a video has the highest ‘viewed’ count, does that mean it’s going to win?
Not necessarily. Though the video may have been viewed a lot, doesn’t mean it was voted for. To cast your vote for a video, you have to be registered on the site as a dancer or a voter. Only registered users can log into the site and cast a vote or make a comment on a video in competition.Can I change my voter account into a dancer account?
Yes! If you decide you want to start entering the competitions on Danceworld.com, you can log into the site using your voter account details, and then click on upgrade link. You’ll be asked to fill out the Dancer registration form.Can I use my YouTube videos on this site?
Yes! You can upload your performance videos in two ways. First, you can upload the original video file of your performance, which can be up to 100MB in size. Or, you can copy and paste the URL from your video on the YouTube web site and submit that way.Do I need an account to respond to blogs?
